JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 05-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The statement of the victim has been recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. in which she specifically stated that this petitioner took her and sold and thereafter, she was subjected to rape by four persons at Shahjahanpur, Utter Pardesh. Considering the above statement of the victim as well as facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and, accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Mahishi P.S. Case No.160 of 2014 stands rejected.
