2. The present writ petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):

(i) A certiorari for setting aside the notice dated 21.9.2024 letter No.1715 related to Jamabandi Cancellation Case No.70/2024 (Annexure-P/4) passed by the Additional Collector, Jamui (Respt. No.3) whereby notice has been issued with a opinion to cancel the Jamabandi of disputed land bearing Jamabandi No.464, Khata No.260, Khesra No.2294, Area 15 decimals, Village-Gangra, Anchal-Gidhour.

(ii) A certiorari for setting aside the order dated 16.8.2023 letter No.1136 passed by the Circle Officer, Gidhour whereby recommendation has been made for

Patna High Court CWJC No.9280 of 2025(2) dt.19-06-2025 2/2 cancellation of Jamabandi in name of Late Chetlal Singh to the Additional Collector, Jamui.

(iii) A mandamus commanding the respondents (1st sets) not to dispossess the petitioner from the lands in question.

3. At the outset, learned State Counsel has pointed out that the Additional Collector, Jamui has merely sent a notice (Annexure- P/4 to the petition) which is under challenge.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner, after some argument submits that he shall be submitting appropriate reply pursuant to the said notice before the Additional Collector, Jamui.

5. Granting said liberty and directing the authority to dispose of the matter in accordance with law after hearing all the parties, the writ petition stands disposed of. (Rajiv Roy, J) Vijay Singh/- U
