The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341, 323, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that the accused persons assaulted the son of the informant, Ingal Das when the wife of the informant came to rescue she was also assaulted by the accused persons. The accused persons also assaulted the informant in the way to police station.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10567 of 2016 (2) dt.08-03-2016 2/2 It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that for a petty dispute the accusation has been levelled. All the injured have received one injury superficial simple in nature.

A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Arwal in connection with Kurtha P.S. Case No. 109 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
