2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections302/307/120B and other ancillary sections of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner and other accused persons demanded extortion of Rs.2000/- and on protest they abducted informant 's son and other 2/3 persons of the village. Thereafter, dead bodies of three persons including son of the informant were found in diyara area with gun shot injuries.
4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case on suspicion. No direct or indirect

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail. He submits that the petitioner is named in the FIR with specific allegation that he and other accused persons abducted and killed three persons of the village.
