Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Patory P.S. Case No. 253 of 2015 to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur.
