Giri, the learned senior counsel for the petitioner, Vinit Kumar, and Sri Ajay Mishra, the learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner, Vinit Kumar, has filed I. A. No. 1223 of 2017 for extending the period of provisional bail for a period of four weeks or till the disposal of the present bail application in connection with Special Case No. 11 of 2017, arising out of Agamkuan P.S. case No. 44 of 2017.

The petitioner, Vinit Kumar, was granted provisional bail vide order dated 01.06.2017 till 17.06.2017 for treatment of his father. The petitioner surrendered in court after expiry of provisional bail and filed I. A. No. 1223 of 2017 making a prayer for extending the provision bail for four weeks or till disposal of

The bail petition was disposed of on 03.07.2017 but again the petitioner filed I. A. No. 1373 of 2017 on 05.07.2017 for releasing the petitioner on provisional bail for four weeks. Since, Cr. Misc. No. 20500 of 2017 has already been disposed of on 03.07.2017, I am not inclined to entertain the I.A. for grant of provisional bail. Accordingly, the interlocutory applications are dismissed. The petitioner, if so advised, may file a fresh petition for grant of provisional bail.
