The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 467 and 409/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

There is allegation against the petitioner of manipulation in a cheque of Rs.85,000/- by putting one "xero" in the last provided against supply of materials for construction of drain by the Ward Commissioner of Ward No.3. as well as withdrawing Rs.6,45,000/- by putting false signature. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case and petitioner is the Incharge Bank Manager of Madhaya Bihar Gramin Bank, Sawar, District-Kaimur. From perusal of the case diary as well impugned order, it appears that the said manipulation was made by the petitioner in connivance with the Lakshman Traders, as such, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
