ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 24-06-2016 The Petitioners seek revision of the judgment of conviction dated 2.5.2015 passed by the VIth Additional Sessions Judge, Gaya in Criminal Appeal No.29 of 2014, by which he has upheld the conviction and order of sentence of the Petitioners, passed by the S.D.J.M., Sherghati, Gaya in Roshanganj P.S. case No.42 of 1998/ Trial No.264 of 2006 by judgment dated 12.4.2006. On going through the impugned judgment, I do not find any merit in the revision. However, considering the period of custody of the Petitioners as also the date of occurrence, the sentence is modified to the period already undergone by them.
