Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this writ petitioner to raise all the points in C.W.J.C. No.
Patna High Court CWJC No.11814 of 2014 dt.18-08-2017 15321 of 2015. It is submitted that the petitioners have filed this writ petition for their regularization in service but, during the pendency of this writ petition the petitioners have been terminated from the service on the ground that there is no requirement. The petitioners have already filed C.W.J.C. No. 15321 of 2015 against the order of his termination in this Court.
Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to raise all the points in the writ petition filed by them against the order of termination.
