The present contempt petition has been preferred for compliance of the order dated 12.02.2018 passed in CWJC No. 10419 of 2017.

The show cause has been filed on behalf of the

Patna High Court MJC No.2404 of 2018(11) dt.20-07-2023 2/2 Opposite Party No. 5, Deputy Development Commissioner -cum- Chief Executive Officer, Nalanda annexing the order dated 23.02.2021 which is the decision taken by the Zila Parishad, Nalanda by which it has been informed that petitioner nos. 1, 2 and 3 have been appointed as Librarian. So far as the petitioner no. 4 Asha Kumari is concerned, in view of the fact that her marks is lesser than the last librarian Sheweta Kumari appointed, she could not be appointed.

The petitioner no. 4, if she wants, can take the route of the writ Court to challenge the said order. This Court is convinced that so far as the order dated 12.02.2018 passed in CWJC No. 10419 of 2017 is concerned, the same has been complied with.

In that view of the matter, The MJC No. 2404 of 2018 stands disposed off with the aforesaid liberty. (Rajiv Roy, J) jyoti/- U
