The petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Begusarai Muffasil P.S. Case No. 514/2016 registered for offences punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the First Information Report is against unknown; the motorcycle recovered from his house is not the same and one which is mentioned in the First Information Report. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in jail since 25.12.2016.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, namely, Keshav Kumar, be enlarged on bail on
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27757 of 2017 (2) dt.06-07-2017 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Begusarai Muffasil P.S. Case No. 514/2016.
