The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offences punishable under Sections 30(A) and 47(A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is contended that, as per allegation, 534 litres foreign liquor were recovered from the house of one Munna Yadav. Petitioner claims that he is having clean antecedent and is in custody since 25.07.2017.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the abovenamed petitioner is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional District Judge-IVth, Ara, Bhojpur

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46859 of 2017(2) dt.21-09-2017 2/2 in connection with Ara Muffasil P.S. Case No. 72 of 2017. Further, if the petitioner, after his release in this case, is again found to be involved in similar nature of case then the court concerned would be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of his bail bond.
