2. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:

"(i) For issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction particularly in the nature of Mandamus for payment of differential amount of promotion in revised pay scale from the year 01.01.1996 vide Memo No.2/Pro 7-10/14-733 dated 21.06.2018."

3. Learned counsel for the respondent no. 6 submits

Patna High Court CWJC No.14659 of 2021(3) dt.24-09-2024 2/2 that the grievance of the petitioner has already been redressed.

A counter affidavit has filed on behalf of respondent no. 6, in which it is stated in para-10 that the District Programme Officer (Establishment) Bhojpur vide memo no. 1293 of 25.03.2023 has sanctioned the differential arrears of salary from April, 1997 to August, 2008 amounting of Rs.5,57,951/- and the said amount has also been paid through C.F.M.S. (Annexure-B of the counter affidavit).

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, this writ application stands disposed of.
