The petitioners are in custody since 05.09.2015 in connection with Daraunda P.S. Case No. 239 of 2015 for the offence registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 342 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that though the petitioners are named in the FIR, there is general and omnibus allegation against them. It is further submitted that the injuries purported to have been caused on the deceased are not fire arms injury. Furthermore, there is no allegation of any fire arms injury purported to have been made by the petitioners so as to have injured the deceased.
