The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Amarpur P. S. Case No. 541 of 2019 dated 24.10.2019, instituted for offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and his name has transpired in the confession of an arrested accused person.

Notwithstanding the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 28.02.2020, he has not been put on test

In the case in which the petitioner was earlier made accused, he has been granted bail.

Considering the afore-stated facts, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000 /- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka, in connection with Amarpur P. S. Case No. 541 of 2019.

The petition stands allowed.
