Patna High Court CWJC No.9649 of 2017 (2) dt.21-12-2017 2/2 S.S. Sundram, for the Staff Selection Commission. This is a frivolous writ petition and should be dismissed with cost for even though the petitioner is well aware that the Intermediate level examination in respect of which a police case was instituted giving rise to Agam Kuan P.S. Case No. 44 of 2017, has been cancelled by the Staff Selection Commission taking note of the alleged irregularities, simply because some of the persons held accused in the said police case have deposed as regarding some irregularities in the Graduate level examination that adventurously the present writ petition has been filed which is accordingly dismissed.
