The petitioner is languishing in custody since 19.04.2019 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 273 of the IPC and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is alleged that from the possession of the petitioner, 32.94 litres of Indian Made Foreign Liquor were recovered. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is not having any criminal antecedent, statement to that has been made in paragraph no.3 of the petition. Learned APP submits that recovery has been made from the possession of the petitioner.

Considering the nature of accusation, quantity of

Case No. 182 of 2019.
