1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant.

2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner and the informant in compliance of the order dated 10.01.2025 are present in the Court.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner and the informant have performed their marriage and are living as husband and wife. It is further submitted that petitioner and the informant were in love and out of anger, the instant FIR came to be instituted but then with intervention of well-wishers the issue was

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.40630 of 2024(7) dt.28-02-2025 2/2 compromised and the petitioner has performed his Nikah with the informant.

5. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant also does not oppose the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/Successor Court in connection with Amdabad P.S. Case No. 221 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.

7. The personal appearance of the petitioner and the informant is dispensed with.
