Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Tarari P.S. Case No. 176 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 363, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 12 of the POCSO Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the present first information report has been lodged after five days of the alleged occurrence without there being any plausible explanation for the delay. The Doctor in the medical examination has not found any sign of rape. Her age has been found to be 15-17 years. Petitioner, who is a man of clean antecedent, is in custody since

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.D.J. Ist, Ara in connection with Tarari P.S. Case No. 176 of 2018.
