JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 02-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner was neither caught on the spot nor anything was recovered from his conscious possession. It appears that the name of petitioner was disclosed by those persons, who were apprehended on the spot. Moreover, except the aforesaid material as well as criminal antecedent of one case, there is nothing against the petitioner who is languishing in jail custody since 18-11-2015. Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with NTPC Khaira P.S. Case No. 04 of 2013 to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad.
