Smt. Shilpa Singh - Ga 12 ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 29-01-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the opposite parties.

Certain payments have been made to the petitioner in compliance of the direction issued by this Court on 12.02.2018. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is entitled to payment of Rs. 2,13,000/-whereas he was paid only Rs.76,000/-.

The matter of calculation cannot be gone into. However, liberty shall be available to the petitioner to raise the

Patna High Court MJC No.2408 of 2018(10) dt.29-01-2020 2/2 issue of calculation before the appropriate authority, who shall be under obligation to provide detailed calculation chart as to the entitlement of the petitioner and payment thereof. Necessary calculation chart may be supplied to the petitioner within a period of one month from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order and if any amount remains unpaid, the petitioner shall be at liberty to approach the appropriate forum in accordance with law.
