2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Muffasil (Singhaul) P.S. Case No. 370 of 2022, registered for the offence punishable under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per prosecution case, one accused person caught the grandson of the petitioner and co-accused Nirmal Rai has shot at the deceased. Petitioner is in custody since 16.04.2023.

4. Learned APP has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

5. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of charge, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.42591 of 2023(2) dt.14-07-2023 2/2 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned learned J.M., 1st Class, Begusarai, in connection with Muffasil (Singhaul) P.S. Case No. 370 of 2022.
