Petitioner is in jail custody since 29.07.2015 but up till now he has not been put on T.I.P. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate,1st class, Gopalganj in connection with Fulwariya P.S.Case No. 158 of 2014.
