1. The limited grievance raised by the petitioner is with regard to non-disposal of the appeal filed by the petitioner, bearing Appeal No.68 of 2022, before the Divisional Commissioner, Patna Division, Patna Division, Patna, hence it is prayed that a direction be issued to dispose off the said appeal.

Having regard to the limited prayed made by the petitioner in the present writ petition, I deem it fit and proper to direct the Divisional Commissioner, Patna Division, Patna, to dispose off the aforesaid appeal, in case the same has not already been disposed off, by passing a reasoned and a speaking
Patna High Court CWJC No.14730 of 2021(2) dt.20-12-2023 2/2 order, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
