Re: Civil Review No. 143 of 2025.

The present civil review application has been filed for review of the order dated 04.05.2023 passed in CWJC No. 1399 of 2023, against which, the State had also preferred LPA No. 64 of 2024, which got dismissed vide order dated 05.02.2025 and in view of the same, I don't find any ground to review the order dated 04.05.2023 passed in CWJC No. 1399 of 2023.
3. Accordingly, the present review application stands dismissed.

4. The Vice-Chancellor and the Registrar of the Kameshwar Singh Darbhanga Sanskrit University are directed to comply with the order dated 04.05.2023 passed in CWJC No. 1399 of 2023 by the next date of hearing.

5. In case, the order dated 04.05.2023 passed in CWJC No. 1399 of 2023 is not complied with or the payments are not made from the internal sources of university to the petitioner, the Vice-Chancellor and the Registrar of the Kameshwar Singh Darbhanga Sanskrit University are directed to appear before this Court through 'Virtual Hybrid Mode' on 08.08.2025 at 10:30 A.M. to explain, as to why, the order dated 04.05.2023 passed in CWJC No. 1399 of 2023 has not been complied with.
6. Re-notify the present contempt petition on 08.08.2025 at 10:30 A.M.
