1. Heard the Learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the Learned counsel for the respondents.
2. The contents of the present petition clearly disclose that on 09.04.2024, CWJC No. 247 of 2020 was dismissed for default and for nonprosecution, as the Learned counsel for the petitioner could not remain present before this Court since he was engaged in another Bench.
3. Considering the aforesaid facts, the present Miscellaneous Jurisdiction Case is allowed and is restored to its original file.
