JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 06-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is not named in the first information report but in course of investigation, he was arrested and looted bag and passbook of informant's father are said to have been recovered from the house of the petitioner.

Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and up till now he has not been put on T.I.P. Moreover, the recovered articles have also not been put on T.I.P.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sessions
