No. 10351 of 2021. Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed this modification application, for following relief, which reads as follows:

"1. That the present Application is being filed for permission to make correction of

Patna High Court MJC No.1595 of 2021(2) dt.18-08-2021 2/2 vehicle No. bearing scorpio Registration No. BR-07 PB 7262 which has wrongly been typed as Registration No. BR-07 PP 7262 seized in connection with Balrampur P.S. Case No. 21/2019 in the Synopsis as also in Paragraph-1 of the writ petition and thereby the vehicle number bearing Scorpio Registration No. BR-07 PB 7262 may also be corrected in place of Registration No.

BR-07 PP 7262 in order dated 16.07.2021 passed in CWJC No. 10351/2021 passed by this court."

In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the prayer made in para no. 1 as quoted above, is allowed.

The judgment and order dated 16.07.2021 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 10351 of 2021 is modified to the extent indicated above.

This modification application is allowed.
