The allegation of giving fatal blow to the deceased appears to be against other accused and having more or less similar allegation, some co-accused have already been granted privilege of bail by this court.

Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Saharsa Sadar P.S.
