Except for making such vague allegations, it is seen that neither the issue has been raised with the competent authorities of the State Government nor any instances or examples of violation

Taking note of all these factors, we are not inclined to interfere into the matter on such an unspecified and vague allegation in the petition.

Liberty shall be available to the petitioner to take up the issue first with the State Government and thereafter to come to this Court after making specific statements with adequate materials in support of the pleadings with statistical figures and other details.
