Case No. 454 of 2016 for the offenses under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He was not named in the FIR. He has been arrested on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Ram Chandra Yadav. He has not been put on TIP. The petitioner is in custody since 13.3.2019.
