1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Aurai P.S. Case no.50 of 2025 registered under sections 310(4) and 310(5) of the Bharatiya Nyay Sanhita, 2023 and sections 25(1-B)(a), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, on search being conducted of the three accused persons including the petitioner who were travelling on a motorcycle, it is stated that besides a country made pistol etc. being recovered from the possession of the coaccused so far as the petitioner is concerned, one live cartridge was recovered from him.
4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case. No
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.35506 of 2025(2) dt.12-06-2025 2/2 incriminating article has been recovered from his possession. He is in custody since 6.3.2025 and has no criminal antecedent.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the allegations against the petitioner in the F.I.R., his being in custody since 6.3.2025, chargesheet having been submitted in the case and specially the petitioner not having any criminal antecedent, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Aurai P.S. Case no.50 of 2025 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class (East), Court no.3, Muzaffarpur.
