1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1(I) For issuance of an appropriate writ order, direction to the respondents to pass necessary order legal on the representations, of petitioner in which prayer has been made to enquire illegations committed in selection the of respondent No-8 on the post of Angan Bari Sewika of center No-183 Angan Bari centerTakuatand II, P.S- Rajauli, Dist- Nawada and to reject her selection.
(II) For issuance of an appropriate writ,
Patna High Court CWJC No.14593 of 2021(2) dt.04-01-2024 2/2 direction to pass order that respondent No- 8 is not the permanent resident of village Takuatand, P.S- Rajauli, Dist- Nawada and she was not eligible to make application for her selection on the post of Angan Bari Sewika at village Takuatand.
(III) For issuance of an appropriate writ, order, direction to the respondents that as per merit list the petitioner was the at Sr. No.- 5 and all other placed at Sr. No.-1 to 4 not the were permanent resident of Takuatand II and were not fit for selection as per regulation made in year 2016. (IV) For issuance of appropriate writ, order, direction that it was only petition suitable for selection and denying her selection is against law."
2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
