2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 379 of the IPC .

3. As per the prosecution case , F.I.R., was lodged against unknown for theft of mobile and motorcycle of the informant and the name of the petitioner transpired during course of investigation . Petitioner has got three criminal antecedents out of which two are of similar nature .
