2. With the consent of the parties, the present writ application is being disposed of at this stage itself.
3. In the present writ application the petitioner has prayed for the grant of following reliefs:
"For issuance of an appropriate writ/ writs, order / orders, direction/ directions to respondent authorities for permission to put signature upon Attendance Register, execute the works attached to post and pay salary against the work executed, which
Patna High Court CWJC No.9181 of 2026(2) dt.08-07-2026 2/3 remains unpaid/ withhold maliciously, arbitrarily and unreasonably despite the several representations preferred for seeking reliefs regarding execution of works without hindrance and for other necessary relief relief's on the basis of facts and circumstances of the case as stated, enumerated and discussed hereinafter."

After advancing some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for seeking the aforesaid relief, the petitioner is prepared to file a representation before the District Education Officer, West Champaran (respondent no.3) and further prays that an appropriate direction be given to the District Education Officer, West Champaran to dispose of the representation within a fixed time frame, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.
5. To the aforesaid submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel appearing for respondents-State does not have any objection.
6. Considering the limited nature of prayer being made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ application is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to file a representation before the District Education Officer, West Champaran within fifteen days from today. If such a representation is filed the same shall be disposed of within a
Patna High Court CWJC No.9181 of 2026(2) dt.08-07-2026 3/3 further period of three months from the date of receipt of the representation, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. It is clarified that in case the petitioner is found entitled to the relief, which the petitioner would be claiming through the representation, the same should be extended to the petitioner within a further period of two weeks from the date of disposal of the representation.
7. With the aforesaid observation and direction and liberty as granted, the present writ application stands disposed of. Pending I.As, if any will be deemed to have been disposed of.
