JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 07-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The name of petitioner came in confessional statement of co-accused Binod Das and after that petitioner was arrested and allegedly made his confessional statement leading to recovery of stolen motorcycle from possession of other accused. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 15.09.2015.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai in connection with Suryagarha P.S.Case No. 186 of 2015.
