Patna High Court CWJC No.3865 of 2016 dt.24-05-2017 Additional Advocate General No.10 for the State. In the nature of the order which this Court proposes to pass it would not require to delve deep into the merit of the case. The petitioners by way of this writ petition pray for an appropriate direction to the respondents to prepare the seniority list of Agricultural Graduates and for taking steps for promotion to the next higher post in terms of the statutory rules.

Mr. Jha, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners has relied upon a representation filed by the petitioners before the Agriculture Director, Bihar, Patna in this regard to submit that the matter remains pending forcing the petitioners to come before this Court. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the grievance raised herein as well as the fact that a representation in this regard remains pending before the Agriculture Director, Bihar, Patna, I deem it proper to dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the Agriculture Director, Bihar, Patna to consider the representation of the petitioners present at Annexure-8 and dispose of the same in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
