JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 17-05-2019 The present petition has been filed for modifying the order dated 19.02.2019 passed in CWJC No. 10032 of 2009 inasmuch as the said case is the lead case and all the directions have been passed from time to time in the said case, including the one which is sought to be modified. The present case is said to have been an analogous case of the aforesaid case. This Court, vide order dated 19.2.2019 had directed that since certain Universities are not interested in receiving the report despite

Patna High Court MJC No. 2077 of 2019(2) dt.17-05-2019 2/2 several reminders sent by this Court, they are debarred from receiving a copy of the report from the registry of this Court. The said direction is sought to be modified by way of the present petition.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made in the present petition, the registry is directed to supply a copy of the Hon'ble S.N.Jha (Retd.) Commission report pertaining to the Magadh University to the learned counsel appearing for the Magadh University, namely, Shri Ritesh Kumar.

The aforesaid learned counsel is permitted to obtain a copy of the said report on 21st May, 2019 from the office of the Registrar General of this Court.

The present petition stands disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
