2. Heard Mr. Ajay Prasad, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Vinay Kirti Singh, learned senior counsel for the North Bihar Power Distribution Company Limited (hereinafter referred to as the 'Company').

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw the application to enable him to file representation before the respondent no. 2.

4. Learned counsel for the Company does not oppose.

5. In view thereof, as prayed for by learned counsel

Patna High Court CWJC No.8899 of 2020(2) dt.29-01-2021 2/2 for the petitioner, the application stands disposed off as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
