JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 04-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. It appears that there is case and counter case between the parties and persons from both the sides sustained injuries. In the present case, one injured Dharmendra Kumar has sustained one grievous injury on his head and so far as the other injured are concerned, opinion regarding the nature of their injuries had been kept reserved, but from perusal of the impugned order, it is obvious that the Investigating Officer did not collect the complete injury report of injured persons of this case. Moreover, there is omnibus allegation of assault against all the petitioners.

No.3481 of 2016 (2) dt.04-02-2016 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties and also taking note of this fact that petitioners are in jail custody since 2.11.2015, let the petitioners above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Om Shankar, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Siwan in connection with Basantpur P.S. Case No.230 of 2015.
