Taking into consideration that looted motorcycle appears to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner and co-accused, and petitioner carries criminal antecedent of near about 6 cases, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Udakishunganj P.S. Case No. 124 of 2015 pending in the court of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Udakishunganj stands rejected.
