JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 13-01-2015 Petitioner is languishing in custody since 18.05.2012 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 395 of the I.P.C.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that name of the petitioner sprang up on confession of Chandan Yadav who has been granted bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 13156 of 2014. Moreover there is no recovery from the petitioner nor the petitioner has been put on T.I.P. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Adhoc Additional District & Sessions Judge-II, Khagaria in connection with Sessions Trial No. 325 of 2012, arising out of Chautham P.S. Case No. 61 of 2012, G.R. No. 912 of 2012.

Let learned Court below cancel the bail bonds

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36110 of 2014 (3) dt.13-01-2015 2/2 of the petitioner, if the petitioner gets substantially involved in similar nature of offence or defaults for three consecutive occasions during the trial.
