Petitioner being the husband of the daughter of the informant is languishing in custody since 15.06.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 341, 323, 504, 506, 379, 307, 498A of the Indian Penal Code and 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
The prosecution case is of torturing the informant and made an attempt to cause injury by leaking the domestic gas cylinder. It is also alleged against motherin-law of the victim that she caused injury with hot iron rod.
Learned counsel for the informant produced the injury report which reflects a burnt injury on the right side of the cheek, simple in nature. Though, size of injury has

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is still ready to keep the daughter of the informant with due dignity and honour. Statement to that effect has been made in para-7 of the petition which reads as follows:- "That the petitioner is ready to keep her with honour and dignity and the wife is now living happily with her husband in her matrimonial house."
It is further submitted that petitioner filed Matrimonial Case No. 366 of 2015 with prayer for divorce on 12.03.2015, thereafter the present case was lodged on 13.09.2015. Though, it is submitted that petitioner's side lodged a Sanha at earlier point of time.
Considering the nature of accusation and present stand of the petitioner, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Aaurai P.S. Case No. 145 of 2015. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) P.K./- U T
