In this case, the petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with NTPC P.S. Case No. 43 of 2015 for offence under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468/34 of the Indian Penal Code. As per allegation, an examination was being conducted at I.O.C., Barauni when Ravishankar Kumar was attempting to appear on behalf of the present petitioner but, he was found impersonating the petitioner and from his possession, Admit Card of the petitioner was recovered.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he was not there at the place of occurrence and it was only an attempt and so much so that he was not caught while giving examination.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9998 of 2016 (2) dt.03-03-2016 It appears that it is a matter of concern to safety and security of the industry. This Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner, namely, Deepak Kumar is rejected. (Shivaji Pandey, J) Rishi/- U T
