For direction upon the respondent authorities to take appropriate action to conduct the Graduation Part III exam in proper manner where the teacher of the H.D. Jain College Ara (under V.K.S.U.) are scheduled to be on strike on 04.07.2022 and exam is also being conducted from 04.07.2022 together which is very unfortunate for the student of the University and session is already running late.

II. For Commanding the Respondents authority to hold the strike until the exam of the Graduation Part III of the H.D. Jain College Ara under Kunwar Singh University not be completed.

III. For grant of any other relief/reliefs for which the petitioner/students may be found entitled in the facts and circumstances of the case."

Learned counsel for the petitioner, under instructions, states that, in view of the intervening developments, the petition may be permitted to be withdrawn.
