JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 02-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The accusation against petitioner is that he produced a fake land possession certificate before a bank with intent to cheat the bank, so that, the bank could sanction loan in favour of the petitioner but when the aforesaid land possession certificate was sent for verification before the concerned office, the aforesaid fact came to light.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner produced the same certificate, which was granted to him by the concerned employee and moreover, petitioner is in jail custody since 26-11-2015.

Accordingly, the petitioner named above, is directed to

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2931 of 2016 (2) dt.02-02-2016 be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Sono P.S. Case No. 142 of 2014 to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui.
