2. This writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs:

(i) For issuance of an appropriate writ(s), Order(s), Direction(s) to the respondents to

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.1276 of 2025(2) dt.30-06-2025 2/3 give protection of life and property to the petitioner which is agricultural land situated under khata No. 33, Plot No. 393, Area 1 Bigha, 1 katha, pertaining to in revenue Muaza- Jolagawa, P.S- Jitna in the district of East Champaran, Motihari, whereupon private respondents and some other person assisted by them who are disturbing the peaceful possession/enjoyment to the petitioner and his family members and also threatened them for dire consequences.

(ii) For issuance of appropriate Writ(s), order(s), Direction(s) to the respondents to give protection to the petitioner so that he may enjoy his agricultural land as mentioned in above noted paragraph because anti-social elements are threatening the petitioner to the possession over the said land and told him that if he will go to the said land then he will have face consequences.

3. This application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to represent himself before the Superintendent of Police, East Champaran, Motihari for his protection by way of filing a representation and if the Superintendent of Police, East Champaran, Motihari finds substance in the representation of the petitioner, he will pass necessary directions

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.1276 of 2025(2) dt.30-06-2025 3/3 for grant of protection to the petitioner by the local police station and direct for initiation of appropriate proceedings against the Respondent No. 10.

4. It is made clear that this Court has not gone into the merits of the case.
