2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 420, 467, 468, 406, 354, 376, 511, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is alleged that co-accused Deepak Kumar sexually assaulted the informant on the pretext of marriage and later on, refused to marry.

4. Petitioner no. 1 & 2 are father & mother

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.41582 of 2023(2) dt.04-08-2023 2/2 respectively, whereas, petitioner no. 3 & 4 are brothers of coaccused Deepak Kumar and they have been made accused merely because they are family members of co-accused Depak Kumar. There is no specific allegation of committing any wrong against these petitioner. Petitioners have got clean antecedent.

5. Learned counsel for the informant vehemently opposes the bail petition.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Siwan in connection with Siwan Mahila P.S. Case No. 17 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
