JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 21-01-2016 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is languishing in jail since 21.09.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 323, 341 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

The basic accusation is of torture for non-fulfillment of the dowry demand.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that for the petty dispute, the accusation has been levelled and the investigation has already concluded.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the informant that the informant is not opposing the prayer for bail of the petitioner but the informant wants to get the issue reconciled. Considering the nature of accusation and the fact that

No.3335 of 2016 (2) dt.21-01-2016 2/2 investigation has already concluded, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned JM, 1st Class, Uda-Kishunganj in connection with Puraini P.S.
