JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 15-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner and other accused assaulted the informant and it is specifically stated that petitioner gave blow of iron-fiber causing injury on the head of the informant. No doubt, informant sustained several injuries but all the injuries are said to be caused by hard and blunt substance and simple in nature. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Ashok Kumar, II, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Udakishunganj, District- Madhepura in connection with Chausa
